Sanctuary Wealth Group, herein referred to as “Sanctuary Wealth” is a privately-owned limited liability company located in Indianapolis, Indiana that provides services either directly or through third party contractual arrangements to a network of independent investment advisors. Securities offered through Sanctuary Securities Inc., Member FINRA and SIPC and Advisory services offered through Sanctuary Advisors, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor, are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Sanctuary Wealth. Sanctuary Advisors, LLC provides the Registered Investment Adviser platform for the advisors within the network of Sanctuary Wealth to offer investment advisory services. Registered investment advisors are not permitted to use testimonials which are generally considered to be a statement of a client’s experience with or endorsement of the investment advisor. Any references by a client herein to services refer or relate to the non-investment advisory services Sanctuary Wealth provides. In other capacities, such as with respect to its private wealth management business or dispensing of investment advice to network advisors, Sanctuary is acting as an investment advisor and in that regard, prohibits the use of testimonials. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, all references to persons serving as officers, directors or advisory board members refer solely to such persons serving in such capacities for Sanctuary Wealth.
